Our New Breakfast Club provision now starts at 7:45am and costs £3 a day.
Along with the new hours and pricing, we have updated our terms and conditions. The main changes that will take effect from September are as follows;
‘Monday to Friday - 7:45am to 8:45am inclusive and cost £3.00 per child per session. There are only 30 places available each day which are allocated on a first come first served basis once a term. The application form is available to download from the school website and should be returned to the school office. Please note an application form does not mean you have a space, you are just applying for a space. A waiting list will be kept if applications exceed the number of places available. You will be contacted to confirm your child/ren’s place and to complete a registration form. Payment must be made in full for the term via parent pay. If payment is not received by the 1st day of attendance then entry to breakfast club will be denied.
Charges cover all the days you have requested your child/ren to attend. If your child/ren does not attend, for any reason, then normal session charges will still apply.
Ad Hoc sessions - £4.00 - Spaces are extremely limited. If you require an additional session, this must be requested and confirmed at least three days prior to the required date and is NOT guaranteed. Please complete an Ad Hoc Form (available from the school office) and hand it to the Breakfast Club Leader. Payments must be made PRIOR to the child attending via parent pay.
Please be aware that refunds are not permitted for cancellations and date changes are not allowed.’
Should you still require a place for a child in breakfast club then it is important that you apply using our new application form, which can be requested via the school office. Spaces will now be limited to 30 per day and will be allocated on first come first served basis. The application form does not guarantee a place for your child. Once we have received your application, we will cross-reference registers and if we can accommodate your child we will then send out a registration form. Only once the registration form has been completed and payment has been made via Parent Pay we can allow your child to start attending.
